It seems that some employees just don't show up for work. All in all it was disappointing and a highly unprofessional experience. She credited us the daily spa charge of $75.00.

We left the spa and 9:15 and there STILL was no employee in there! When we checked out we told the young girl at the desk all this and she (alarmingly) didn't seem too surprised at all, but she was apologetic and polite. I used the hot tub but my wife could not because it was covered. It took him about 5 minutes to find the electrical panel (behind the front counter in a room) and he got the lights on. He told me he had shut off the water to work on it outside, so he got the water going. After about 20 minutes a worker-guy came in from the back on the men's side. There was also no water! We couldn't get any of the showers to turn on.

However, there were no lights and light switches didn't work. But on the counter inside the spa lobby was a note stating (I'm paraphrasing) 'come on in, you're welcome to come in and use the spa'! We were like, 'huh'? So we continued in. I tried the door and it too was open! But it was dark inside. That gate house was to open at 7AM we were told. I walked around to the side door and it was open! I walked around and all through the offices and hallways calling out 'Hello'! No one. So, we woke up the next morning and we drove up to that gate house at 7AM. She said somebody there would give us access to the spa facilities (which apparently aren't open 'till 8AM). She informed us that in the morning, we could come up to the 'gate house' (main offices) that open at 7AM. And btw, there are NOT any porta potties near or in the RV area at all. Upon arrival we were given a tour of the property and the facilities by a nice girl. That 'spa' is about a 1/2 mile away but golf carts are provided at no extra charge. There are no bathrooms or showers at the RV park though, but one can pay $75.00 extra per night to use their spa. This whole place is absolutely beautiful! When we called to make a reservation we were told that there were no restrooms in the RV park, but 'there are porta potties'.
